Clovelly Lakes Lodges

Welcome to Clovelly Lakes - an ideal location for family fishing holidays.

The 40 acre site is home to 6 lakes, on which a range of fishing techniques is suitable.
Five lakes contain a mix of coarse fish including Carp up to 20lbs, Tench up to 5lbs, Roach and Rudd up to 2lbs, Bream upto 4lbs all of which should prove some excellent sport for the pleasure and match angler alike throughout the year.

The sixth lake is for fly-fishing only with rainbow trout upto 6 lbs.

The range of coarse fish is suitable for float fishing, ledger fishing and rig fishing.

The lakes are set amongst mixed woodland and rolling countryside, and attract a wide range of birds, mammals and insects.

We ask that while fishing, you respect the wildlife around you, and help to preserve the beauty of the site for further generations.

FIshing

To fish at Clovelly Lakes you must be a resident and hold a current rod licence. These can be purchased from the Environment Agency or your local Post Office. To download the fishing rules, click here.
